Mrs. Sheron Evans-McFarlane
Senior Food Storage Scientist, Postharvest Technology Unit
Sheron Evans-McFarlane joined the FSPID in January 2006 as head of the Postharvest Technology Unit. During her years of studies, she has acquired a wide range of knowledge and skills in a number of food, science and agricultural disciplines, which have proven to be an asset and has served to further improve the success of the unit. Mrs. Evans-McFarlane is also the coordinator of the FSPID’s Social Committee.
