Mrs. Sheron Evans-McFarlane
Senior Food Storage Scientist, Postharvest Technology Unit

Sheron Evans-McFarlane joined the FSPID in January 2006 as head of the Post Harvest Technology Unit. During her years of studies, she has acquired a wide range of knowledge and skills in a number of food, science and agricultural disciplines, which will prove to be an asset and will serve to further improve the success of the unit.
